Once the assessment is completed a formal offer will be made to you in writing. If you choose to pursue this offer you will be requested to check the proposal thoroughly, sign it and return it in the pre-paid envelope provided.

Once this is returned to the financial advisor a formal proposal will be offered to your creditors and you will be asked to stop making payments to your creditors and to begin making contributions to us.

It is only once an agreement is accepted that you begin making any contributions to us.
